Arrived at the Hyatt in NewYork on 36st after a six hour drive only to be told that ,making the reservations online does not garantee the room. We have stayed in many countries with marriott,hyatt,hiltons and even much lower budget hotels,but omg this one tops the list for the worst ones.On the first day we just wanted to have decent food as we had missed lunch due to the flight timings. Horrible customer service and no regard for customers. When asked for management advised he would be in meeting all day. Then when asked for corporate number day staff said there is no number. Come on for real do you think i am ***, you dont have any customer service number, funny i could find it online. Lack of respect No real regard for customers. Scott Mekks is the assistant general manager for hyatt houston energy corridor and he doesnt care or respect customers. And the receptionist Rafael is also similar. Would not want to come here again. Hyatt house parsippany is the best and I am here for that only reason. Add comment

I stayed in Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi for 6 nights with my family. Before we had booked our holiday we took a close look at most of the hotels and guest reviews. After searching and searching we had been recomended park hyatt by a friend who stays there from time to time. So here goes... The brand new motel in Daytona Beach has a burm built into the parking lot about 6" from front tires of all parked cars running the full length of their lot. I was unpacking my car and ended up in this *** gulley and snapped my 2nd toe. I was surprised to see that Hyatt charge taxes and fees for a "free" night. I am a very frequent traveler and no other hotel I've ever stayed at has done this. The explanation for fees includes such things as business center, WiFi, local phone calls, and bike rental, none of which I would ever even use. Their website even advertises the bikes as "complimentary mountain bikes"! I am surprised... Read more
