I was travelling from India and stayed at Hyatt, Monterey for 2 nights on 15th and 16th July. My International debit card details were taken and $100 was debited from my account as authorization charges. I am an Hyatt platinum member and I have been accumulating mountains of points and free nights. Often I give to friends and few times I use for myself. I had booked a free stay at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco and up this point all was normal. Justin, Your reply is not correct. The pig was identified as it entered the building. I was the one who tipped off Hector, at the front desk, before they came into the hotel. I saw the family of three walking in from the parking lot with the pig. The daughter was trying to cover up the pig as they sheepishly attempted to walk past the desk. I have been a Hyatt courtesy card holder for seven years and the only Hyatt that manages to fails on delivering service and quality is the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indy. Over more than 10 stays over the last few years I only received one upgrade. Today I was offered a dark corner room, next to the Regency Club, with windows to a busy street. I live in HB and when our home had water damage in the entire bottom floor, we had few options that could house our family of 5 and let me feel my young kids, 12F, 8F, 2M, and pregnant wife could be safe. So, we came in during the fall and stayed for nearly 60 days and spend nearly $40,000 waiting on insurance that never came. I fell at dfw Hyatt & hit my head & I am very sore Ruined my whole trip" your employee s were mopping up rain inside door & didn't have rug or wet floor sign up. Arrived at the Hyatt in NewYork on 36st after a six hour drive only to be told that ,making the reservations online does not garantee the room. Our company would like to set up 2015 annual dinner in Hyatt Shenyang, China. We have already book a date and your sales mgr also agrees. After 1 day, your sales mgr told that your hotel needs to change our company booking into another different dinner room, due to there is another company whose total expense is higher than us. We have stayed in many countries with marriott,hyatt,hiltons and even much lower budget hotels,but omg this one tops the list for the worst ones.On the first day we just wanted to have decent food as we had missed lunch due to the flight timings. But we had to wait till 7pm to order hot room food. And lol what we get is stale smelling rice instead of basmati and chewy prawns. HYATT REGENCY AT LA JOLLA AVENTINE - WINTER IN LA JOLLA - VERY COLD WEATHER - Room has VERY OLD mattresses, tilted mattress, overused mattress , also the air conditioned not working right.
