Having a brunch at haytt has been a family tradition for years at Christmas. We had brunch yesterday and anybody who had seafood has got sick and up all night going in and out of bathroom. I would like to address my serious concern and complain about the worst birthday experience ever in Park Hyatt Beijing on Dec 12, 2013. Hyatt Century Plaza in LA is constantly overbooks rooms. Booked a king bed nonsmoking room in advance and was put in a handicap room with a bathroom that IS the shower (no walls or shower curtain!) Coworker was placed in a smoking room despite having allergies. Management unresponsive and unhelpful and told me they would be happy to call another hotel to tell them I am coming but would not... after talking to the front desk at Hyatt Regency 265 peachtree NE in Atlanta Ga we were told we could check in at 5 am the next morning. Stepped out of shower into solid human waste floating in a sea of toilet overflow. Third time toilet overflowed during my stay. The toilets in this hotel are ancient and are not designed to handle even toilet paper, much less human waste. The hotel appears to be accustomed to handling complaints about toilet overflow. My family and I had a chance to go to Comic *** in San Diego this year and were granted our vacations from work. We arrived at the Hyatt after driving for 10 hour,s only to be told there was a mix up and our room,s had been giving away. My son had prepaid for our room,week,s ago.They sent us to another hotel and we were told every thing would be taken care of when we arrived there. Hi, Complaint I had reserve one room in hyatt house falls church in Washington DC through the price line web site on 3/11/2013 for one day with a good price ( $86 ) without tax ..
