I live in HB and when our home had water damage in the entire bottom floor, we had few options that could house our family of 5 and let me feel my young kids, 12F, 8F, 2M, and pregnant wife could be safe. So, we came in during the fall and stayed for nearly 60 days and spend nearly $40,000 waiting on insurance that never came. I fell at dfw Hyatt & hit my head & I am very sore Ruined my whole trip" your employee s were mopping up rain inside door & didn't have rug or wet floor sign up. Arrived at the Hyatt in NewYork on 36st after a six hour drive only to be told that ,making the reservations online does not garantee the room. So my rooms we're not the price i reserved for, the room size I needed was not available. To add insult to injure my group and i were famished and wanted to take advantage of the 24/7 service, they advertised but was told the employee that we're new to New York and should not eat the hotel food tonight . Our company would like to set up 2015 annual dinner in Hyatt Shenyang, China. We have already book a date and your sales mgr also agrees. After 1 day, your sales mgr told that your hotel needs to change our company booking into another different dinner room, due to there is another company whose total expense is higher than us. As an 5 start hotel, it is really unacceptable that only because of the total amount that you can change your promise. We will never book a room or activity in your hotel anymore. We have stayed in many countries with marriott,hyatt,hiltons and even much lower budget hotels,but omg this one tops the list for the worst ones.On the first day we just wanted to have decent food as we had missed lunch due to the flight timings. But we had to wait till 7pm to order hot room food. And lol what we get is stale smelling rice instead of basmati and chewy prawns. HYATT REGENCY AT LA JOLLA AVENTINE - WINTER IN LA JOLLA - VERY COLD WEATHER - Room has VERY OLD mattresses, tilted mattress, overused mattress , also the air conditioned not working right. Registration with high ceiling temperature is very COLD in order to save energy, also the restaurant have low temperature to save energy very COLD. Food not very good. Horrible customer service and no regard for customers. When asked for management advised he would be in meeting all day. Then when asked for corporate number day staff said there is no number. Come on for real do you think i am ***, you dont have any customer service number, funny i could find it online. When i came down later in the evening the gentleman was able to give me the management name and number with ease. Read more

Lack of respect No real regard for customers. Scott Mekks is the assistant general manager for hyatt houston energy corridor and he doesnt care or respect customers. And the receptionist Rafael is also similar. Would not want to come here again. Hyatt house parsippany is the best and I am here for that only reason. Add comment

I stayed in Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi for 6 nights with my family. Before we had booked our holiday we took a close look at most of the hotels and guest reviews. After searching and searching we had been recomended park hyatt by a friend who stays there from time to time. So here goes... We had booked through and agency called away holidays which was a total joke. They charged my credit card £500.00 extra which i had only seen on the statement after returning back from holiday. The brand new motel in Daytona Beach has a burm built into the parking lot about 6" from front tires of all parked cars running the full length of their lot. I was unpacking my car and ended up in this *** gulley and snapped my 2nd toe. We had tickets for Universal Studios the next day at $500 so I hobbled around all day trying to fit in everything while gimping around. Not fun. The front desk gave me a bandaid when I told them about it immediately. I was told the burn was made by order of the town. Read more
